I heard about AOL a few years back from one of my close friends during my college days. Last year I got a chance to experience it. Another friend of mine told me about the course happening nearby and I enrolled. I had attended a few of the yoga trainings in my childhood and was always interested in knowing more about ‘Sudarshana Kriya‘ by Guruji(Sri Sri). I attended the course with lot of interest and started practicing the kriya at home. The experience and change in me was awesome. This course helped me build good health, peaceful mind and high spirit. I am extremely happy to tell that this course benefitted me immensely. My sincre thanks to all who helped me to make it happen in my life.
The course had the basic things that we usually forget or ignore and slowly culminate the habits which are convenient for us. It is these habits that reflect in our day to day work. Course teaches us, to bring the change we must first change. I recommend the course if people are willing to introspect .

I knew about AOL for long time as all my family members have done different courses of AOL. But due to busy office schedule, I kept on postponing this wonderful experience of Sudharshan Kriya. Through my friends, family & Google, I got to know a lot about this magical breathing exercise. It was great 6-days off routine. It was refreshing with a new outlook towards life. After doing this course there is a feeling of being healthy and happy. The relationship every other human being seems to have moved towards harmony. Life seems simple with lot of things to do and achieve. Will surely recommend everyone to try it at least once.
The breathing exercises that I learnt at the YES!+ workshop have immensely helped me improve my health. I used to suffer from chronic sinus related problems and asthma and would be on antibiotics very often. With regular practice, I now rarely get cold, have reduced intake of inhalers and have stopped all the antibiotics long back!
Besides, this workshop has helped me shed my inhibitions, develop a positive mindset and take more active ownership of my life. The meditations have helped me stay calm, reduce impulsiveness and improve decision making, improve my relationships with my family and friends and as well as improve my focus on my goals. I would recommend this workshop to everyone.
